Systems Pharmacology of Human Coagulation Network (#19)
Understanding the complex interplay of a large number of molecules that participate in coagulation (i.e. blood clotting) is of great interest for the treatment of serious medical conditions. CSL develops and manufactures a wide range of biotherapies to treat coagulation disorders, and we are increasingly looking to systems pharmacology models to improve our understanding of the utility of biomarkers, dosing and mechanisms of action of our targets and therapeutics in different clinical settings.
